By accessing or using FoundersPlan.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FoundersPlan.ai is an AI-powered platform that generates business plans, financial projections, and related documents for founders and entrepreneurs. Plans are generated using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used for investment or legal purposes.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise stated.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will be honoured at the price in effect at the time of purchase until the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, text, or materials you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your business plan.

5.2 Generated Output

Business plans and documents generated by the Service are yours to use for any lawful purpose. We do not claim ownership over your generated output.

5.3 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by FoundersPlan.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our consent.
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Service to third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Business plans generated by FoundersPlan.ai are produced by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy:

• Generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sharing it with investors, lenders, or any third party.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundersPlan.ai and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoundersPlan.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
